UbiquityFrom $1Table of contentsNo headersThe Ubiquity Research Group looks at how computers are used in teaching and learning. Our name comes from a project that is investing ways to use Linux Thin Clients as a way to get enough computers into classrooms that they can be used to change teaching and learning in those settings. We also investigate what motivates people to work and learn for fun. Groups we are interested in include those who contribute to Wikipedia, develop Open Source Software, and Hobbyists, who seem quite intent on learning to improve their skill.
