Jeffrey L. Beard

Jeff is a Ph.D. student in Education with a concentration in Instructional Technology at the University of Tennessee. He completed his M.S. in Instructional Technology at The University of Tennessee, August 2008. Jeff is passionate about designing interactive multimedia for instructional purposes, as well as helping teachers to use technology in the classroom.
